Clinical Nurse – Transplant

Role: Clinical Nurse specializing in Kidney and Liver Transplant Surgery, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
  • Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and spiritual care providers.
  • Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
  • Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development.
  • Utilize critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; RN licensure required.
  • New graduates and experienced nurses welcome; Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive position.
