Role Overview:
Provides comprehensive pre- and post-operative nursing care to patients undergoing various vascular and cardiovascular procedures, including aneurysm repairs, carotid interventions, dialysis access, thrombolysis, and bypass surgeries.
Utilizes critical thinking and clinical expertise to assess patient status, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include patient and family education, promoting safety and quality compliance, and participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and arterial line monitoring. Preferred qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least two years of experience.
