- Delivers patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication use.
- Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
- Participates in activities that ensure regulatory compliance and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills: RN license required; BSN degree and cardiac/telemetry experience preferred.
