Role Overview: The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care, supervises assigned personnel, and supports new employee orientation.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, and ensures effective communication among staff.
Participates in developing nursing policies, interprets regulations, and promotes evidence-based practices.
Acts as a resource, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Coordinates high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care, focusing on patient satisfaction and unit improvement.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience, enrollment in a BSN program, and specialty training or nursing degree.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential.
