LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – Primary Care

Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment. Ensures completion and accuracy of diagnostic testing, maintains a clean environment, and follows age-specific care qualifications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and document patient history, chief complaint, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
  • Assist providers with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic examinations.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Communicate with patients, respond to questions, and prioritize provider communication.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under provider supervision.
  • Maintain examination and treatment rooms, ensuring asepsis and proper equipment setup.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills are essential.
