Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a clinical setting. Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to standards of care and policies. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, directs ancillary personnel, and promotes teamwork through delegation and communication. Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, ensuring comprehensive care and discharge planning. Participates in quality and safety initiatives, evidence-based practice, and unit decision-making. Troubleshoots equipment issues and contributes to organizational goals. Supports a shared governance structure and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and adapt to patient needs. Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
