Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in an advanced acute care unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
- Coordinate patient care, education, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and positive patient-family interactions.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and engage in unit decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).

Additional Details: This role involves working in a newer, specialized unit with a focus on medical and surgical patients. The position is scheduled for straight nights with an every other weekend/holiday rotation.
