Registered Nurse – Acute Care Cardiovascular Stroke Unit

Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by completing assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and developing individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives; and promote patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical assessment skills are essential.

Work Environment & Commitment: The role involves working primarily in a clinical setting, adhering to policies, and contributing to a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous learning. The candidate must be flexible to work evening, night, and weekend shifts, including holidays.
