Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for contributing to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under RN supervision.
Key Duties: Provide compassionate, direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; reinforce patient and family education; coordinate care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; evaluate intervention effectiveness; participate in unit-based decision-making; mentor new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and communication skills; adhere to policies and procedures; and support evidence-based practices.
