Role: Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, plans and delivers treatment programs for patients across all ages within an interdisciplinary team.
- Supervises students, volunteers, and observers.
- Develops and implements individualized therapy plans based on accepted practices.
- Performs physical activities including lifting, assisting with patient care, and frequent location changes.
- Requires physical strength, mobility, stamina, and ability to handle emergency situations.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases and toxic chemicals; may require irregular hours and protective equipment.
- Activities involve sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
Qualifications & Skills: Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, strong physical and mobility skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements: Must see with correction, hear clearly with assistance, and meet physical demands of the role.
