Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating care plans; delivering safe and effective treatments; advocating for patient needs; maintaining accurate documentation; and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
Key duties: Monitoring patient conditions; communicating with patients, families, and staff; prioritizing daily patient flow; contributing to a positive patient experience; mentoring peers; and upholding confidentiality, safety standards, and professional ethics.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; active RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; and experience with direct patient care is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth. Ability to participate in performance improvement and support shared governance.
