Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. They practice under established models guided by evidence-based standards, ensuring adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and patient-centered approaches. Foster relationship-based care by partnering with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity. Coordinate safe care delivery through effective documentation and interdisciplinary communication. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research activities, and serve as a mentor or preceptor. Develop protocols, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree; RN licensure (single or multi-state); BLS certification; less than one year of clinical experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to professional growth and patient safety.
