Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, guided by evidence-based practices and organizational standards. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring care is individualized and culturally sensitive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide relationship-based, patient-focused care aligned with clinical standards and patient goals.
- Coordinate care through effective communication and documentation, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and workforce sustainability.
- Support resource management and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as required.
- Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
