The Wellness Nurse (RN) oversees resident health and ensures high-quality, compliant care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, monitoring resident health trends, managing medication programs and documentation, coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams, supporting infection control and regulatory compliance, leading clinical training, and supporting staff development. Additionally, the role involves monitoring incidents and implementing quality improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license
