Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through hands-on support and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents in conversations and daily activities to foster connection
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
