Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on support to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • and follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) while documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is essential, as well as supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
