Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on support to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

and follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) while documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is essential, as well as supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications include a

High School Diploma/GED

CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
