Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. The role emphasizes promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
