Key Responsibilities: Support benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, and compliance; build and maintain client and internal relationships; manage engagement risks, billing, collections, and budgeting; deliver high-quality benefits advice and technical support; participate in market activities; and uphold professional integrity.
Senior Associate Additional Duties: Provide project management support, coordinate work across teams and locations, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) experience in employer benefit strategies; bachelor’s degree; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects; and willingness to travel.
Preferred Attributes: Consulting experience, leadership ability, and technical proficiency in benefits issues.
