Role Overview: The position involves leading assessments and redesigns of healthcare provider revenue cycle and patient access functions using AI technologies. The manager will collaborate with clients to optimize operational processes, leveraging AI tools such as RPA, automation, and analytics to enhance efficiency across clinical and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site observations, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and process mapping to evaluate healthcare revenue cycle capabilities.
- Apply AI building capabilities to improve functions like EHR, CRM, payment management, and analytics.
- Design or redesign business processes integrating AI tools for operational excellence, incorporating techniques such as RPA/IA.
- Manage program and project activities, prepare engagement documentation, and present insights to clients.
- Perform data analysis, synthesis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee performance reviews, and ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement or systems integration, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in implementing AI solutions across healthcare revenue cycle components.
- Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and evaluating large datasets using advanced analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, patient flow, and analytics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
