This role involves leading assessments of healthcare provider organizations’ patient access and revenue cycle functions through site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to evaluations of clinical departments, contact centers, and billing offices.
- Leveraging AI capabilities to optimize revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, automation, and analytics tools.
- Designing or redesigning business processes integrating AI tools such as RPA/IA for increased efficiency.
- Facilitating project management activities, preparing work papers, reports, and client presentations.
- Conducting research, data collection, analysis, and developing narratives to support project deliverables.
- Managing internal teams, mentoring staff, and serving as a performance leader for associates.
Qualifications include:
- At least five years of consulting experience focused on operations improvement or systems integration, with supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Healthcare Administration, Business, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle processes, with skills in data analysis, visualization, and workflow design.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, patient flow, referral management, and analytics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
