Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care following established standards.
Responsibilities: Provides direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conducts assessments; addresses patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develops and implements individualized care plans; evaluates intervention effectiveness; collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; delegates tasks appropriately; promotes teamwork; troubleshoots equipment and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a recognized nursing program; preferred OR experience; ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment; strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; flexibility to rotate shifts and respond to on-call demands.
