Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing outpatient pediatric allergy care in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical support by obtaining patient histories, vital signs, and assisting with examinations.
- Supporting provider with diagnostic procedures, specimen collection, and administering medications and vaccines.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of examination rooms, documenting patient information, and following up on diagnostic tests.
- Communicating with patients and families to address questions and ensure continuity of care.
- Promoting a safe environment and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
- Ability to perform clinical tasks within scope of practice.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
