Key responsibilities include:
- Managing specimen handling, identification, and accessioning procedures
- Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program (preferred)
- Certifications such as ASCP or NAACLS accreditation (required or eligible for new graduates)
