Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care across a variety of diagnoses, including surgical procedures.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensure safe, compassionate interactions to maximize patient satisfaction and safety. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit decision-making, troubleshoot equipment, and promote evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrate strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, patient-centered care, and continuous learning.
