Registered Nurse – Acute Care Medical Surgical Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, promote patient safety and satisfaction, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), with the ability to perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

Additional Details: Work involves patient interaction, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compassionate care. Typical shifts are from 7 am to 7:30 pm, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
