Role: Provides direct inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, following established standards and policies.
Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates patient care plans, educates patients and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and evaluates intervention effectiveness. Delegates tasks based on skill and patient needs, promotes teamwork, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Supports unit decision-making and adheres to organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduated from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential. Experience in emergency or inpatient care is preferred.
