Role Summary: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a fast-paced, 24-bed acute care unit. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, formulating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role emphasizes compassionate interactions, patient safety, education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, coordinate care plans, provide direct treatments, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with healthcare professionals, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from a specialty training program is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Experience in telemetry or acute care is preferred.
