Role Overview: An experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will join a collaborative NICU team providing care for critically ill and recovering infants in Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs.
Responsibilities: Manage deliveries, especially for infants under 35 weeks; perform admissions, assessments, and ongoing patient management; conduct procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tubes, arterial puncture, arterial line placement, and ventilator management.
Shift & Coverage: Flexible shift options (8, 16, 24 hours); network coverage for NICUs with expanding beds; handle high-risk deliveries and NICU patient care.
Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Nursing (NP certification required); proficiency in neonatal procedures and critical care; strong teamwork and communication skills.
