Role: Per diem Inpatient RN providing comprehensive nursing care in an acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Perform assessments within scope and standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and support throughout hospitalization.
- Ensure safety, compassion, and high-quality interactions.
- Engage in unit decision-making and evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment and meet organizational metrics.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Key Duties: Deliver direct care, coordinate with healthcare professionals, troubleshoot equipment, and promote quality improvement and safety initiatives in a clinical setting.
