Role Overview:
The Inpatient RN provides comprehensive nursing care in a clinical environment, focusing on patient assessment, planning, and execution of treatments.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.
The RN formulates and revises care plans, educates patients and families, and proactively collaborates to resolve patient needs.
Participation in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit decision-making is essential.
The role requires compassionate patient interactions, troubleshooting equipment, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
Ability to work nights, with flexible weekend/holiday rotations.
Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
