Clinical Nurse (PRN)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Active RN license.
  • Experience: No minimum experience required; 2+ years preferred.
