Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promote patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, and ensuring seamless communication across care settings.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensing: Valid RN license required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills essential.
