Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and emotional considerations.Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe practice.Qualifications & Skills:Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN license required.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Experience in emergency nursing and team leadership in a clinical setting is advantageous.Additional Information:Night shift with two 12-hour shifts, offering differential pay.
