Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
- Ability to work safely and alertly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
