Role Overview: The House Supervisor provides 24/7th management oversight, serving as a key liaison between administration and departments. They oversee patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution, ensuring safe, quality patient care across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Responding to and managing clinical and operational challenges as the on-site leader.
- Assisting with patient care operations, departmental service integration, and staff coaching.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with administration on staffing, budgets, and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree.
- 2-5 years of experience, including less than 2 years in supervision.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
