Emergency Room Nurse (Full-Time) (Night Shift)

Position Overview

Join our Emergency Department team to provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Promote patient and family-centered care by educating patients on managing their condition, post-treatment needs, and medication use.
Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication.
Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, no prior experience necessary.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with at least two years of experience.
