Role Overview: Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Additional: ICU or critical care experience is a plus.
