Role Overview:
This Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity cardiology unit, managing acute and intermediate conditions, titrating high-risk drips, and caring for patients with heart failure, post-transplant, and requiring telemetry. The role emphasizes critical thinking, assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication administration.
- Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities while pursuing professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
