Role Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Candidates must have completed a nursing program and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with healthcare team members, promoting patient-centered care.
- Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed.
- Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Relevant experience in specialized areas such as cardiovascular, critical care, medical/surgical, neurosciences, or oncology.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
