New Graduate Nurse

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Candidates must have completed a nursing program and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
  • Utilize critical thinking to assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with healthcare team members, promoting patient-centered care.
  • Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed.
  • Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Preferred: Relevant experience in specialized areas such as cardiovascular, critical care, medical/surgical, neurosciences, or oncology.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
