Role Overview:
We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. This role is open to all student nurses, regardless of graduation date, and requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment in Missouri. The nurse will educate patients and families, utilize critical thinking to assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses, promoting a safe, patient-centered environment. The position involves participation in activities supporting safety, quality, and professional growth, with an emphasis on safety sensitivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
