RN Med Surg – Full Time Nights

Role Overview:
A registered nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.

Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating relevant information to families and team members.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process enhancements, and support organizational goals.

Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development to stay current with industry best practices.

Mentor and support colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting and prioritize effectively.
