Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on evidence-based practice, ensuring individualized treatment and cultural sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nursing processes to deliver safe, effective care. Partner with patients and families, fostering communication and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document care while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment. Support team collaboration, participate in performance improvement, and advocate for evidence-based practices. Serve as a preceptor/mentor, contributing to professional development. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety protocols. Assist in developing protocols to optimize patient outcomes. Utilize resources efficiently and support ongoing research and quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license valid in multiple states with required certifications (BLS). Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in technology and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
