Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating care to optimize patient outcomes; advocating for patient needs; documenting assessments and interventions; participating in performance improvement initiatives; and supporting professional development and mentorship.
- Core Duties: Monitor patient conditions, deliver safe and effective care, communicate effectively with patients and staff, promote patient and family satisfaction, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications: An associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification are required. Prior experience in direct patient care is preferred.
