We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – Ortho Surgical to join a dedicated healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing high-quality, individualized patient care through the nursing process, integrating evidence-based practices, and fostering patient-centered relationships.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Promoting research, clinical standards, and adherence to policies and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Planning and developing protocols to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization.
Qualifications and skills:
• Nursing license (RN) and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Less than one year of clinical experience required, with direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety standards, and ongoing professional development.
