Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, documenting care accurately, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and promoting evidence-based practices.
They also assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures and participate in staff development and mentoring.
Qualifications include an Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy, current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.
Minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care is required.
