Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily patient flow to optimize outcomes and experience.
- Document assessments, care provided, changes in condition, and incidents accurately.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and staff.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.
- Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards in all activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and multi-state RN license required.
- At least one year of nursing experience for PRN roles.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
