Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, supporting their emotional and social well-being. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma/GED and age 18+

CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain

Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily activities

Follow care plans and document resident progress

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Engage residents through meaningful activities and conversations

Support dining services and communicate effectively with families and team members
