Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a hospital setting. The RN collaborates with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, advocating for patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver care according to policies, document assessments, and prioritize patient flow.
- Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, educate families, communicate pertinent information, and foster a positive experience.
- Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, support initiatives, and contribute to better outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred)
- Required certifications: BLS and RN license (multi-state or single-state)
