Role Overview
Seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI technology. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, independently conducting studies, and ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic and treatment purposes.
- Operate MRI equipment and perform imaging on adult and pediatric patients.
- Cross-train in MRI if registered (R.T.(R)).
- Participate in call rotation, holiday shifts, and weekend coverage as required.
- Maintain safety, quality control, and patient care standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or trade school equivalent.
- Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR, Intravenous Therapy certifications.
- Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols.
