Part-Time Clinical Nurse – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.

Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with professional development.

Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.

Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Maintain a safety-sensitive approach, working in a constant state of alertness.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
Licensure: Valid RN license.
Experience: Emergency Department experience and supervisory experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Ability to lead teams, excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
